  • Creating or selling digital or printed “dupes” or derivative works based on our listed artwork is a violation of copyright law.

  • BrushBidz reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals or businesses found misusing our content.

  • You may view, save, or share images for personal, non-commercial reference only.

  • No rights are transferred to reproduce, modify, or profit from our artwork in any form.

We Actively Monitor Infringement

BrushBidz uses digital watermarking, copyright registration, and legal monitoring tools to track and report unauthorized duplication of our artwork.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing BrushBidz, where every piece of art is one-of-a-kind and carefully curated. Due to the unique nature of our hand-painted artwork, all sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on BrushBidz.com, including direct purchases and auction wins, are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of shipping damage or fulfillment errors.

 

Limited Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Artwork in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label

  • After review, you may:

    • Select another artwork of equal or lesser value from our available collection, or

    • Request a full refund

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an artwork different from your order:

  • Notify us within 72 hours

  • Include photos of the item received and your order confirmation

  • You may choose a refund or an exchange for another available artwork

Return Conditions

  • Artwork must be unused and in original packaging

  • All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved in writing

  • In approved cases, BrushBidz covers return shipping

Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or personal taste preferences

  • Bidding errors or failure to complete payment

  • Delays due to courier services or customs

  • Perceived variations in color due to screen differences

 

Processing Timeline - Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
