For the artists all connected through BrushBidz, this wasn’t just another exhibition. It was a collaboration with purpose: to use modern oil art to support a community arts fund and bring creative opportunities to young aspiring artists.
Connecting Artists to Meaningful Impact
At BrushBidz, we believe fine art can do more than inspire, it can ignite change.
When the local creative council put out a call for artists to contribute works around the theme of “healing through expression,” BrushBidz helped connect professional oil painters to the initiative.
The result was a stunning collection of modern works — bold abstractions, figurative reinterpretations, and minimalist compositions — all auctioned to raise funds for mental health art programs.
“I usually paint for private collectors,” said Elenaa Moreau, a BrushBidz artist whose piece ‘The Light Between’ sold within minutes. “But this project reminded me that art has power beyond ownership - it can move people, spark empathy, and support something bigger than us.”
